Hallmark Homes is located on Route 196 in Topsham, Maine, approximately two (2) miles west of Interstate 295. (Directions) Our business is the site of two model homes, a 2200 square foot Cape Cod style home and a 2600 square foot Colonial. If you stop by to visit, the Cape will provide you with a sense of what a "standard specification" Hallmark-built home will look like, as the house is comprised almost exclusively of our standard building materials (such as CertainTeed® siding and shingles, Kohler® and Delta® plumbing fixtures, and ThermaTru® fiberglass doors. On the other hand, the Colonial that we have on-site will offer you an idea of some, but certainly not all, of the options that we can incorporate in to your home, including 2 ¼" red oak hardwood floors, Merillat® cherry cabinets, and Peachtree® exterior doors and windows.

We can even discuss and implement your own custom home ideas using our Chief Architect® CAD software, making your unique home a reality!
