From the Mid-Coast region (Bath/Boothbay/Damariscotta):
- Take Route 1 South
- Take the Route 196/Topsham/Lewiston exit (next exit after Brunswick's Cooks Corner exit)
- Go through 7 sets of lights (last light is the Topsham Fair
Mall intersection)
- Continue on Route 196 West (over I-295) for 2.1 miles
- Hallmark Homes is on your right (look for a large paved driveway
with Cape, Ranch and Colonial models visible from road)
From I-295 (North or South):
- Take Exit 31 - Route 196/Topsham/Lewiston (31A if traveling north, from Portland; 31B if travel south, from Augusta)
- Take Route 196 West for 2.1 miles (opposite direction of
Topsham Fair Mall)
- Hallmark Homes is on your right (look for a large paved driveway
with Cape, Ranch and Colonial models visible from road)
